All reservations must be confirmed by an office associate.  A valid credit card is required at time of booking unless authorized by our office.  E-mail confirmations are sent to confirm details of your itinerary.  If you do not have an e-mail address a confirmation will be mailed to you.  Please verify all information is accurate once you receive your confirmation from our office.  All of our vehicles are non-smoking.

FLIGHT ITINERARY CHANGES

If your flight has changed to a different flight number please contact our office with the new flight itinerary.  Should your flight be delayed more than 2 hours please contact our office to confirm you are on the same flight.  Our office will track your flight itinerary you provided us with, please contact us of any changes.  We will do our outmost to avoid any additional fees to our clients.  

WAIT TIME FEES

Wait time fees apply 30 minutes after a domestic flight has arrived.  International flights are allowed 45 minutes to go through customs before wait time charges apply.  Wait time charges are based on hourly rates and charged in 15 minute time-frames.

OTHER CHARGES

Additional fees may include but are not limited to:   tolls, fuel surcharge and your driver's gratuity (20% driver's gratuity suggested).  A late/early hour fee may apply if you are in the vehicle between 12:00am and 5:00am.  

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations by our clients with less than 6 hours notice of your scheduled reservation time will be charged the fee equal to your reservation. 48 hours notice or less will be charged 50% of your reservation.  All other cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
